Heather was amazing, understood exactly what I needed and the frustrations I had with being able to edit the final design for future use in house. I am incredibly disappointed in Heather. She had previously delivered fantastic work. But this time, despite updates along the way to say she'd get the work to me that day, she continually did not deliver anything. She then used an excuse of a 'family matter' to explain the delay and once again promised...
