I run every part of it hands-on: Amazon Seller Central listings built through category flat files (parent/child variations, backend keywords, compliance fields), A+ Content, Sponsored Products / Brands campaigns with weekly bulk-file optimisation, negative-keyword harvesting and dayparting; Walmart Marketplace spec-sheet listings and Walmart Connect ads; Shopify store management; and multi-country inventory. Owning the brand means I manage client Amazon and Walmart accounts the way an owner does: profit first, ACOS and TACoS tracked weekly, and no shortcuts that risk the account.
