I am a Dominican Republic-licensed Architect and Interior Designer with nine years of experience delivering hospitality, multifamily, residential, light-commercial, urban planning, landscape, and custom cabinetry projects across the United States, the Caribbean, and the Dominican Republic. My experience includes developing architectural and interior concepts, CAD floor plans, elevations, sections, construction and shop drawings, cabinetry packages, 3D models, and photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations. I have also coordinated projects, prepared budgets, managed cabinetry orders, and collaborated with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, fabricators, and suppliers. As Founder, Architect, and Principal Designer of DE STUDIO, I managed projects from initial site and project analysis through conceptual design, design development, permitting, and construction documentation. My responsibilities included residential architecture, renovations, space planning, kitchens, bathrooms, closets, custom millwork, FF&E, budgeting, visualization, and project coordination. I have also worked as a Project Manager and Visual Design Architect on hospitality and multifamily projects, developing architectural and interior concepts, detailed 3D models, construction drawings, and high-quality renderings. My project experience includes houses, apartments, hospitality interiors, multifamily developments, urban plans, and custom cabinetry and millwork. I am proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, 2020 Design, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, an Associate AIA member, and currently pursuing U.S. architectural licensure.
