FAQ
Once I purchase a service or maintenance plan, how soon do you start working on my site?
When you purchase a service, we ask you a series of questions and information about your site, then we get started reviewing and providing an initial report to you within 24 hours.
Do you work with all WordPress themes and plugins?
Yes! I have 15+ years of experience with all types of WordPress sites, themes, and plugins. Whether you're using Elementor, Divi, custom themes, WooCommerce, or any other setup, I've got you covered. I specialize in making different components work together seamlessly.
What exactly does "Personal WP Assistant" include?
Your Personal WP Assistant provides up to 1 hour monthly of small fixes, content updates, color changes, form adjustments, or quick WordPress questions. Think of me as your dedicated tech support who actually understands your business needs without the condescending attitude.
How quickly do you respond to urgent issues?
I prioritize urgent issues and typically respond within 2-4 hours during business days. For true emergencies (site completely down), I often respond much faster. You'll always get clear communication about what's happening and when it will be fixed.
