Worked end-to-end on a WhatsApp-based sales automation platform for distributors, powered by an AI agent that handled customer service and order-taking. Integrated Meta's WhatsApp Business API from scratch, built the WhatsApp template management module end-to-end (React + Python), and solved a critical latency issue by migrating the production database from Brazil to a US-based Supabase instance, cutting order-building time from 50-65 seconds to 8-10 seconds. Built and maintained production AI agents using LangGraph and n8n, including RAG for improved response accuracy. Also implemented custom ERP integrations to sync products, customers and orders, triggering automatic invoicing.
