What is color correction?
Balancing the image, adjusting contrast (highlights, shadows, midtones), saturation, white balance and match every shot with each other.
What is color grading?
Making a stylized look for your video, create a particular ambient and color palettes depending of the resources of the clip.
What about the workflow?
The workflow is straightforward; there are two ways: - You can send me a "clean output" (no transitions, no graphics or titles, no color adjustments) rendered in Apple ProRes HQ 422/444 or DNxHD - Or you can send me all the original clips and the XML file of the project.
How can i transfer you the files?
You can use , Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, anything that works for you.
What type of footage formats do you support?
work with all major formats including RAW, LOG, Rec.709, and more. Supported cameras: RED, Arri Alexa, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon, Lumix, GoPro, and smartphones.
Do you use DaVinci Resolve Studio for grading?
Yes! All grading is done in DaVinci Resolve Studio, the industry standard for cinematic color grading.
Do you do basic editing or just color grading?
I focus on professional color grading, but I can handle minor edits, transitions, and cleanups if requested (just message me first).
