My client needed his logo converted to a vector file, but all I had to work with was a favicon from his website. Mr. Verma went above and beyond to clean the logo up and my client was more pleased with his final project than the original artwork. 24 hour turn around advertised. They requested 30-32 hours extra. Actual delivery was almost 48 hours after submitting requirements. This made my own customer very angry with me, and I'm expecing a bad review myself, so I'm passing along the negative review to the one I depended upon to meet the promised...

I would like to see improvement on the over quality of converting AI images into high quality vector and eps files. The files are okay, but could use more work when a customer needs them to very large vinyl prints and other large projects.
