I am a CX/EX Consultant and Qualtrics specialist with extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing customer and employee experience programs. I work across the Qualtrics platform end to end, including survey design, Survey Flow and logic, dashboards, XM Directory, Workflows, Text iQ, Stats iQ, XM Discover, Digital Intercepts, reporting, permissions, integrations, and data quality troubleshooting. I have supported clients across different industries with survey builds, dashboard development, customer feedback analysis, employee experience programs, text analytics, SFTP and API integrations, and executive reporting. My focus is always on making the platform practical and useful for the client, whether that means improving a survey, fixing reporting issues, building a dashboard, analyzing feedback, or training teams so they can manage Qualtrics confidently on their own.
