I started as an independent freelance CA services consultant, supporting startups, small businesses and restaurants with their day-to-day compliance. My work included GST registration and return filing (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B), input tax credit reconciliation, company and LLP documentation, share transfer paperwork (SH-1, SH-4, board resolutions), TDS and ROC filings, and bookkeeping support. Clients came to me by referral and kept coming back because I focus on accurate, on-time filings and clear, simple communication. The work grew steadily, so I have now moved from freelancing to running this full time as Ledgexa Consultancy Private Limited.
