A business owner (DS Autos) reached out to me because they were struggling to get good engagement from their email campaigns. They had a list of potential customers interested in vehicles, but their previous emails were not getting enough opens, clicks, or responses. They wanted professionally designed campaigns that would look more trustworthy, keep subscribers engaged, and encourage more inquiries about their available cars. After reviewing their existing campaigns, I noticed the emails lacked structure, branding consistency, and strong call-to-actions. The designs were also not optimized properly for mobile users, which affected the overall customer experience. I discussed these issues with the client and suggested creating a cleaner campaign setup with more engaging and visually appealing email designs tailored to their audience. I handled the campaign setup and email design process by creating responsive email templates, organizing the campaign flow, improving the content layout, and adding stronger call-to-action sections to encourage customer interaction. I also ensured the emails matched the DS Autos brand style and displayed properly across both desktop and mobile devices. Throughout the project, I stayed in communication with the client, shared updates regularly, and made revisions based on their feedback. The final campaigns gave DS Autos a more professional email marketing presence and created better opportunities for customer engagement, vehicle inquiries, and customer conversions.

Even though they were running promotions and getting visitors to the page, very few people were actually taking action or making inquiries.
