Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, especially if you are unsure what is causing the problem. Send me your website URL and a short description or screenshot of the issue. I can then recommend the appropriate package before you order.
What WordPress problems can you fix?
I can troubleshoot WordPress errors, critical errors, plugin and theme conflicts, broken updates, Elementor issues, WooCommerce problems, slow websites, SSL issues, forms, email problems, migrations and other technical WordPress issues.
What access will you need?
This depends on the issue. I may need temporary WordPress administrator access and, for server-related problems, hosting or cPanel access. I will only request the access necessary to diagnose and complete the agreed work.
Will you create a backup before making changes?
When appropriate and when the required access is available, I will create or verify a backup before making changes that could affect the website. For some hosting environments, an existing server backup may be used instead.
What counts as one WordPress issue?
One issue means one clearly defined problem, such as a broken contact form, plugin conflict, critical error or specific layout bug. If several problems have different causes, they may require the Standard or Premium package.
Can you fix an urgent or completely broken WordPress website?
Yes. If your website is down, showing a critical error or has a serious technical problem, contact me before ordering. I will review the situation and confirm the appropriate package and delivery time.
How long will it take to fix my issue?
Most issues can be completed within the package delivery time. Simple WordPress fixes may be resolved sooner, while complex problems may require additional diagnosis. If your website is down or the issue is urgent, contact me before ordering to check availability for faster delivery.
