Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs across various scopes of work, focusing on accuracy in quantity estimation. Review and analyze Civil, Architectural and Structural drawing as well as specification to ensure precise quantity takeoffs. Communicate complex concepts, findings and recommendations in a clear , concise and understandable manner to team members and Clients. Analyze soil conditions, rock layers, groundwater levels, and compaction requirements that may affect earthwork costs. Include costs for mobilization, hauling, compaction, and grading operations.
