Is this a chatbot or an AI agent?
No. Zelo does not answer for you. It is a workspace so that your team answers better, faster and without two people replying to the same customer.
Does it work on Mac?
Not yet. Windows 10 and 11 only. Your team can still access the inbox from any device on the same local network, through the browser.
Can my WhatsApp number get blocked?
Zelo connects by QR code, like WhatsApp Web, without an official link to Meta. There is a real risk with this type of connection, so I strongly recommend a dedicated number, not your personal one. Please only order if you are comfortable with that.
What happens when the licence period ends?
Nothing charges automatically. When you want to keep going, you place a new order here on Fiverr and I extend your licence. Your conversation history stays on your computer either way.
Do I need a server or a cloud account?
No. It runs on your own Windows computer, with no monthly hosting to pay and no cloud account to create. Your conversations never leave your machine.
