I will build a financial model

Based on the information provided, I will help prepare or review a financial model including the following items:

i) Projection of capital expenditure;

ii) Projection of revenues;

iii) Projection of operating expenses including costs for goods sold,

general expenses, payroll, depreciation of capex and capitalized interest, and taxes, where applicable.

iv) Projection of cash flows from all sources of funding

v) Projected Profit & Loss and cash flow statements including;

vi) Calculation of relevant metrics such as IRR that evaluate the financial sustainability
