Hi, I'm Jules! I've been writing technical documentation since 2018, starting in high school cybersecurity programs and continuing through a Citigroup internship and my role as the primary documentation writer at a managed service provider. I take confusing processes and turn them into user guides, SOPs, help articles, and onboarding docs that people actually read, and since I'm also a designer, they look good too. Everything is proofread before it reaches you, and I'll keep you in the loop and revise until it feels right.
