I will create ODE, PDE, agent-based, Bayesian or stochastic models whose parameters I will fit to your data and simulate to predict the future time course of your model.

I will create machine learning and deep learning models utilizing regression (lasso, ridge, logistic or multivariate), decision trees, support vector machine, random forest, principal component analysis, K-Means, DBSCAN, recurrent neural networks, convolutional neural networks, and many more algorithms and structures on demand.
