À propos de moi

I didn’t start as a “project manager.” I started as the person everyone called when things were already falling apart. Missed deadlines. Confused teams. Clients waiting for updates nobody sent. Tools everywhere, but no real system holding anything together. What I realized early was this: most projects don’t fail because people are lazy,they fail because communication breaks before the work does. So I became obsessed with structure.
