I'm Oussama Douba, I have over one decade of experience in IT & meteorological application development, research-to-operations, operational forecasting, and IT management. I have worked for The national Ofiice of Meteorology of Algeria, and also as a part time for Royal Meteorological Institut of Belgium and Meteo France, and as a model engineer for StormWeather. My experience includes developmental and leadership in operational centers. I hold a BS, MS, in Physics (Fluid dynamics & Atmospheric Sciences), and am a Certified Consulting Atmospheric weather prediction and Computational Scientist.
