Dozen Designs

Would ignore my revisions. I send detailed numbered and simple color revisions. He would send me the opposite color revisions which would add days on for him to correct. Unresponsive. Told him I had a deadline for an order but ignored my pleas. Had to get resolution center involved to get my project... Tout afficher

They were very communicative, when I need a revision they got right to it and got it to me faster than I expected.

I've worked with Dozen Designs on another project, and the outcome was great. This project, not so much. They missed several key details, made changes that weren't requested, and gave up after 3 revisions, despite detailed instructions. I do not know if this was a competency/understanding issue, or... Project content was pretty straightforward, but explaining needs and interpretation of the deliverables can be difficult. Absolutely nothing was lost in translation. The product received was exactly what I asked for. This freelancer delivered on-time and no revisions needed.

Very responsive to our requested, and incorporated our pictures exceptionally well.
