I've worked with Dozen Designs on another project, and the outcome was great. This project, not so much. They missed several key details, made changes that weren't requested, and gave up after 3 revisions, despite detailed instructions. I do not know if this was a competency/understanding issue, or...

Project content was pretty straightforward, but explaining needs and interpretation of the deliverables can be difficult. Absolutely nothing was lost in translation. The product received was exactly what I asked for. This freelancer delivered on-time and no revisions needed.
