It is totally up to you. I have created a collaboration process where everything is created to save time. At the same time, you can be integrated in every process and have conversations and brainstorming with me. You can also supply any materials that you feel should be included.
How do you manage projects?
At the beginning of each project, I create an action plan which will outline all the stages of the process, the timelines, and the deadlines as well. You will have the advantage to follow up with the project’s stages in real-time. This helps to ensure that there is 100% transparency at all times.
