As Quality Assurance Manager at O.R.V. Manufacturing S.p.A., I manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including procedures, internal audits, non-conformities and corrective actions. I also coordinate product certification activities, including GRS, ReMADE, FSC, LCS and EPD.
