Thank you for considering DreamVilla to design your dream space. Based in Las Vegas, I started my brand in 2020 after graduating college in Civil Engineering & Technology. Not only do I have the technical expertise, but I have a creative eye for details.
With over 50 projects of experience, I have tailored a design process to be convenient for all of my clients. I like to start by getting to know my client's style, wants, needs, and goals for the space. This helps me ensure the design exceeds your expectations! Lastly, I just need measurements, possibly images, or an existing floor plan to create your dream space.
I'm currently offering three packages however, they're not mandatory. If you or someone you know need to request a single service, please feel free to contact me directly so that I may accommodate.
The current packages offered are the following:
- Basic - Includes furnished floor plan
- Standard - Includes 2D images of 3D model to demonstrate elevations
- Premium - Includes floor plan, 2D images of 3D model, 3D render, unlimited images, and (1) video.
*Construction Plans are encouraged but are not mandatory*

FAQ
What's your turnaround time?
It depends on the size of the project. I complete each phase of the design process within 1-4 days. For instance, the Premium package includes a floor plan, 3D model, & 3D render. Therefore, I'll need 1-3 days to complete the floor plan, 2-3 for the 3D model, & another 3-4 days to render.
How many revisions will do I get?
1 revision for floor plans 2 revisions for 3D models 2 revisions for 3D render *3D render revisions are for material or layout changes only. Structure changes during render process are subject to fees & may extend delivery date*
How many images do I get?
Unlimited amount of images. Video included in Premium package or purchase of 3D render.
Do I have get a package?
No. If you'd like to request a single service, please contact me directly for process and pricing.
How many designs do I get?
You may purchase however many designs you like. You may do so per room or property, depending on your needs. Floor plans include 2-3 different designs with one revision. 3D models and 3D renders include one design with more revisions.
What if I need more revisions? I'm indecisive
I ask many questions prior to beginning the design process for this reason. However, I can work with you. It's important to me that I exceed my clients expectations.
