Cloud breaches rarely look like traditional exploits they look like a misconfigured role, an over-privileged identity, or a credential that worked in an account it was never meant to reach. This assessment evaluates AWS environments the way they are actually attacked: identity-first. Coverage includes IAM privilege-escalation paths, role and policy analysis across accounts, exposed storage and compute services, metadata service abuse, secrets management hygiene, network segmentation between VPCs and workloads, and the pivot paths that connect a compromised workload to the crown jewels. As a senior penetration tester who assessed cloud infrastructure for global development teams, I test both the control plane and the workloads themselves, mapping how far an initial foothold can propagate laterally. Findings include concrete policy-level and Infrastructure-as-Code remediation, not generic best-practice lists. Multi-account organizations additionally receive an organization-wide trust analysis showing exactly which boundaries hold and which quietly do not.
