It has been quite frustrating. Caleb seems to be very uncooperative generally in making modifications. Every minor modification, he wants it submitted as a new order where you pay a new fee. Caleb was very easy to work with, very flexible and actually quite polite, made the whole process, smooth and easy. He was very responsive. I am especially pleased that I got to work with him. I was skeptical at the beginning, but he eased up all my fears and got the job completed to my complete satisfaction
