IP search and clearance for physical products and brands sold on Amazon and other marketplaces. Freedom-to-operate searches before a product launch: live patents, design patents and registered designs, element-by-element claim charts against the independent claims, verified legal status and expiry, and a design-around brief for the factory. Trademark clearance and registrability analysis in the US, EU, Germany, the UK, China and Ukraine, including Chinese-character equivalents and homophones that a Latin-only search misses. Title clearance for books, series and imprints, and copyright registration with the U.S. Copyright Office. Filing support: USPTO and Ukrainian IP office applications, responses to Office Actions, powers of attorney, curing formal defects.
