This Gig covers drafting and sending a legal letter to the relevant company. The letter will be sent by a licensed attorney registered in Brussels. We can send the legal letter and ask them to do so, but it may or may not work. Again, we have no control whatsoever over the responsiveness of large companies.
I want to pay you only if you reinstate my account. Is it possible?
No, for at least 3 reasons: 1. Contingency fees are prohibited by my bar association; 2. The quoted fee is the fee for drafting the legal letter. It is not a success fee. If it was a success fee, I would have charged much more; 3. If the account is reinstated, the debtor may not pay.

No, do you blame a medical doctor if a patient dies without any fault by the doctor? It is the same with lawyers. You will see your legal letter and will be able to comment on it. I will send you evidence that it is sent which may, depending on the case, include a postal receipt.
