I run a professional real estate investing firm across western Canada and have consulted for investors and business owners in Canada, the US and the UK since 2016. I rebuilt my own company on AI - Claude, ChatGPT, agent platforms and private local models - roughly tripled my personal output and cut operating costs. Other owners asked me to show them how, and Dwell AI grew from there.
Two services here: real estate investment coaching - BRRRR, multi-family, financing, deal analysis - and one-hour AI strategy sessions that end with a written plan. Direct answers, including what is oversold.
