The blurb I received was good for the price point though maybe more questions could have been asked to get a stronger understanding of the project. Communication could have been a little better but they were very polite and friendly to be fair.

Did a great job at taking a very abstract manuscript and making sense of its convoluted nature in a way that I've struggled to explain. I've found it difficult to sell my work to others as good without sounding insane, and this package makes that process much easier for me going into querying.

Delivery actually arrived earlier than expected, communication throughout was clear and easy to follow
