Some of the feedback was useful and showed engagement with the manuscript, especially in identifying sections that could be tightened. However, there were also issues with the delivery, including missing chapter feedback, incorrect character names/pronouns in places, and repeated requests for a review/tip...

I wasn't expecting her to come through so well with her feedback. She showed that she was reading very closely and was very thoughtful in articulating her responses to it. She was supportive, yet at the same time offered constructive criticism that made me want to keep working on the manuscript, rather than can it. Highly recommended.
