I built real experience in customer support, CRM, and lead follow-up through a project I did on my own. I studied a real estate company in Kenya, mapped out how they talk to customers, and created real systems to help them respond faster and follow up better. I am also learning HubSpot CRM to manage contacts and track a sales pipeline, and Make.com and Zapier to automate simple tasks like sending follow-up messages, so nothing gets missed. I practice these skills through real customer scenarios, not just theory, so I can bring real value from day one.
