Before working with him, a couple of reviews stood out to me and made me wary. Things such as "multiple revisions to do it right", but from personal experience it went extremely well, all I had to do was give me detailed instructions ONCE, and he delivered it exactly to my request. Will be using him again

Quality of work did not meet the expectations I clearly outlined at the start of the project. Audio/sound quality on the delivered videos was poor and not usable. Communication and response times were also slow throughout, which made it difficult to resolve issues. Decided to cancel the order as a result

Videos lacked creativity. They were all 3 pretty much the same. Looks like he spent 15 minutes on the whole project. And they the second delivery took forever which was still poor.
