I'm a parent consultant, health coach, and postpartum doula with lived experience raising a child with a disability. I coach caregivers to navigate medical and educational systems including: IEP prep, provider communication, new diagnosis support and more. I also offer mental health coaching for mothers in the perinatal period. My training includes the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Coach U, DONA International, the Federation for Children with Special Needs, and Postpartum Support International.
