Fast response times despite conflicting time zones. Very great work. Was very accommodating prior to delivery. Had noticed an issue after delivery with the hair color and was quoted full price to change it. I understand that revisions cost money but full price seems kind of high. Adjusted it my self... Amazing all around!! There were moments where I felt like I was paranoid but Elia was soo patient and reassuring. Mannerisms were great as I've never had a bad interaction with Elia. Whenever I wanted to make alterations (within appropriate milestone) It was done with no issue! I've got so many complements... Tout afficher

Very happy with the work! professional yet still nice to talk to. There were some minor communication issues (due to language barrier maybe) but everything ended up being corrected and I am pleased with the results!
