Elijah's technical skills were reasonable and he was responsive to questions during the specification phase of the project. However, the official delivery submitted through Fiverr (28 Jun) consisted only of a message saying the work was still being finished, plus a single image - the actual final files...

Elijah exceeded expectations. I admit I was slow to trust outsourcing to such a far away land but the experience was very positive. Fast, easy, and polite communication, combined with the swift delivery of a very well-designed product. I couldn't have asked for more. As is the case in every category, you'll find plenty of cheaper alternatives on this site, but I doubt most, if any, will have the expertise and professionalism that Elijah provides.
