Do you physically test the 3D models before sending them?
I offer a special Gig Extra for "Print Validation". If you choose this, I will physically print your part on my advanced FDM printers to verify tolerances, snap-fits, and overall printability, ensuring you get a flawless, tested CAD file.
What file formats will I get?
You will receive highly optimized, print-ready STL or 3MF files. Depending on the package, I also provide the native 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks) so you can make future modifications.
Can you design moving parts, hinges, or snap-fits?
Absolutely. Designing functional assemblies is my specialty. I apply the correct real-world tolerances to ensure moving parts work smoothly and snap-fits click perfectly straight off the print bed.
