Pour moi, c'est une question d'empathie. Avant de créer une annonce vidéo, je me place dans un silence total, je ferme les yeux et je m'imagine dans la peau d'un client qui correspond aux critères de ceux ciblés par l'entreprise pour laquelle je crée l'annonce - je "ressens" ce que c'est auxquels ils sont le plus susceptibles de répondre.
