I work as a 3D CAD designer specializing in industrial design, mechanical product design mechanical parts product development, prototyping, 3D printing, and manufacturing ready CAD modeling. I help turn ideas sketches reference images technical drawings measurements and existing models into accurate and functional 3D CAD designs. My experience includes creating individual mechanical components product housings enclosures brackets mounts covers assemblies prototypes replacement parts and custom products. I focus on clean geometry accurate dimensions proper fit functional design and practical manufacturing requirements. I develop models with consideration for real world production methods such as 3D printing, CNC machining injection molding and general manufacturing. Depending on the project, I can create detailed parts and assemblies modify existing CAD models improve designs prepare models for prototyping and convert concepts into production ready designs. I also work with common CAD deliverables such as STEP STL and other 3D model formats ensuring that files are organized and suitable for the client's intended workflow. For 3D printing projects I pay attention to wall thickness clearances tolerances part orientation assembly fit and printable geometry. My approach is centered on understanding the client's requirements before modeling, maintaining accuracy throughout the design process and delivering files that are practical and easy to use Whether the project is a simple mechanical component or a complete product concept I aim to provide a reliable CAD solution that can move from idea to prototype and eventually toward manufacturing
