I worked with a product development company that was facing challenges with inaccurate CAD models, inconsistent dimensions, and difficulty converting design concepts into production-ready files. These issues were causing frequent revisions, project delays, manufacturing errors, and extra costs. My key role was to improve their CAD workflow by transforming sketches, measurements, reference images, and ideas into accurate and functional 3D models. I carefully reviewed existing designs, identified dimensional and structural problems, corrected errors, and optimized components to improve functionality and manufacturability. I also created detailed technical drawings and maintained organized CAD files to support smoother communication between the design and manufacturing teams. By applying a precise and organized design process, I helped reduce modeling errors, minimize unnecessary revisions, and improve project efficiency. The company was able to develop prototypes faster, communicate design requirements more clearly, and move projects toward manufacturing with greater accuracy and confidence.
