A client messaged me that he was experiencing slow response times to customer inquiries submitted through online forms, which resulted in missed leads and delayed customer engagement. Designed and implemented an automated workflow that captured and processed incoming form submissions in real time. Integrated an AI-powered response system to generate accurate replies based on customer messages. Connected the automation to an email service to deliver instant responses to customers. Added conversation memory functionality to maintain context across interactions. Tested and optimized the workflow to ensure reliable performance and minimal errors.
