Need design for embroidery?
I will digitize image for embroidery and supply DST and PES files for your agreed size and fabric. This service covers logos, lettering, and simple artwork for polo shirts, uniforms, bags, and workwear.
I digitize image files with attention to stitch direction, density, underlay, and sewing sequence.
Your package includes:
· Designs and sizes listed in your package
· DST and PES files for each size
· Digital previews and PDF color sequence sheets
· The revision rounds shown in your package
Before digitizing, send your image, finished size, fabric type, machine model, and colors. I review the artwork and confirm the scope and price to digitize image for embroidery.
After I digitize the file, the final stitch count does not increase the agreed price. Detailed illustrations, portraits, large designs, and specialist techniques require a separate quote to digitize image for embroidery.
Digital files only. Physical embroidery and original logo creation are excluded. Please test the files on matching fabric and stabilizer before production.

What do you need to start?
Please send your artwork, finished dimensions, fabric type, placement, embroidery machine model, required file format, and preferred colors.
Which file formats do you deliver?
I provide DST or PES as agreed before the order, together with a digital preview and PDF color sequence sheet. Please ask about other formats before ordering.
Can you digitize small lettering?
Please send the artwork, finished size, and fabric details first. I will review whether the lettering can remain readable and discuss any necessary changes before starting.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design and requirements. Different artwork, extra designs, changed fabric, and additional sizes require a separate quote.
Is a physical embroidered item included?
This gig delivers digital embroidery files. Please test the design on matching fabric and stabilizer before stitching your final item.
Will my design look exactly like the original artwork?
Fine details, gradients, or very small text may need adjustment to suit embroidery. I will discuss necessary artwork changes before proceeding.
