My responsibilities included converting PDF files, scanned documents, and image based files into accurate Microsoft Word and Excel documents while maintaining the original layout and formatting. I also recreated tables, charts, and structured sections to ensure the converted files remained clean, organized and easy to edit. In addition, I handled handwritten document transcription, corrected formatting inconsistencies, and ensured all converted documents met professional documentation standards.
