While the owner of this store was polite but the lack of communication and the final results left much to be desired. I hope you have better luck her than I did .

I didn’t not receive the order this vender kept my money and didn’t send tracking number. And now I am out of the money and the order .

I'm so happy I found Emma to do my needlepoint project! She communicated so well and was able to complete it much sooner than I thought. The work she did was 10/10! I just might have to find another project fpr her to do!

Emma communicated regularly and set clear expectations for deliverable and timeline. And she delivered early w.r.t. the timeline and exceeded expectations with the deliverable, both in quality and also by including a cute, small accessory piece that I had planned on finding later.
