I set up onboarding and engagement systems inside Skool communities, the part most creators skip when launching. A blank community with no structure loses new members in the first week. I build welcome sequences, first action prompts, weekly content rhythms and engagement triggers (challenges, discussion starters, milestone celebrations) that guide new members from "just joined" to "actively participating." I also structure course content inside Skool so it's easy to navigate and complete, reducing drop off.
