I began this collaboration after being referred by a small business owner who needed help organizing their operations using Notion. After an initial consultation, it became clear that their workflow was scattered across multiple tools, leading to inefficiency, missed tasks, and poor visibility across projects. I proposed building a centralized Notion system tailored to their needs, focusing on project management, client tracking, and internal operations. The project started with a detailed discovery phase where I analyzed their existing processes, tools, and pain points. Based on this, I designed a structured Notion workspace that included a business dashboard, task and project management system, CRM for client tracking, and performance tracking tools. I implemented linked databases, filtered views, and clear navigation to ensure ease of use across the team. Throughout the development process, I maintained consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and making iterative improvements. I also introduced simple workflow automations and templates that reduced manual input and improved efficiency. After deployment, I conducted onboarding sessions to ensure the team could use the system effectively. The final solution significantly improved task visibility, reduced operational friction, and allowed the team to focus on core business activities instead of managing multiple disconnected tools. The collaboration concluded successfully with a fully functional, scalable Notion system that continues to support their growth and daily operations.
