Can you provide descriptions in other languages?
I ONLY speak and write in American English, that's it. I favor compound sentences with a lot of adjectives.
Can Emma write a description without seeing the item?
Yes, I can! Send me a photo or photos, along with any notes or other details you would like to go into the descriptions, such as stone type, metal, etc. This is for written content only--no gemstone identification or quality assessment.
Does Emma do gemstone and jewelry identification?
I only write the description based on the information provided to me. I DO NOT identify gemstones, manufacturers, other markings, or designers. Please send me a message if you have any questions regarding your items BEFORE placing an order.
What kind of jewelry does Emma write content for?
My expertise is in fine jewelry, but I work with and love jewelry of all types. Just tell me the details of your items so I can incorporate them into the written content. Please send me a message regarding your unique items prior to placing an order if you have any questions.
Why does Emma specialize in jewelry content?
I am a G.G. by trade, and I have been in the jewelry business for quite a while! I always had to supply written content after doing quality control for the jewelry items in my possession at my place of employment.
Does Emma offer revisions?
I include one revision per order. There is an extra charge for extra revisions or edits outside the scope of the original order. I will communicate any changes to your order if you believe you need an additional edit past one revision.
