I gave her a design I made in AI and she said she could do it without a problem. I had to correct her 10 times and in the end I didn't get the only flower I intended to use. And she only gave me 2 designs out of 3. And I got tired of asking again and again. . Basically, I got nothing out of it. She is inexperienced and far from being a professional.

This is our second time working with Zara and she did an amazing job working on a label for a new product that our brand is launching.
