• Designed and built an IoT building management platform end to end, running 1,000+ devices across Turkey, Denmark, Italy and the Netherlands: architecture, AWS infrastructure, backend, web console and mobile apps. • Built the backend with Fastify and Node.js and integrated AWS IoT for bidirectional real-time communication, device shadow updates and over-the-air firmware updates. • Ran the cloud infrastructure on AWS ECR, EC2, CloudFormation and CloudWatch. • Shipped the iOS and Android apps to the App Store and Google Play with React Native, drawing every chart and UI component from scratch with react-native-skia rather than using a chart library. • Built the React and TypeScript web console for operators. • Set up the release pipeline from scratch: Fastlane to TestFlight for iOS, Firebase App Distribution for Android betas.
