Worked on the design and documentation of a commercial daycare/tenant improvement project, preparing and coordinating architectural and MEP construction drawings. My responsibilities included reviewing existing conditions, developing proposed floor plans and architectural modifications, and coordinating plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, and electrical layouts. The project included interior layout modifications, new walls and doors, restroom improvements, plumbing fixtures, water and sanitary systems, HVAC/mechanical layouts, electrical lighting and power plans, and coordination between architectural and MEP disciplines. Prepared clear, detailed construction documentation with plans, schedules, legends, specifications, and supporting details while maintaining coordination between architectural and MEP systems.
