I provide accurate quantity take-off and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation services based on architectural and structural drawings supplied by the client. BOQs are prepared with clear item descriptions and measured quantities to support cost planning and pricing.


All BOQ preparation is strictly based on the drawings and information provided by the client. Rates, specifications, and measurement standards must be confirmed by the client before commencement. BOQs are prepared for planning and pricing support only and are not intended for contractual submission unless agreed separately in advance.
