Erica was easy to work with. She answered my questions regarding her credentials. The questionnaire was self explanatory and easy as well. Erica also provided a legal opinion regarding a question I had about class selection. Filing was submitted and USPTO confirmation was sent by USPTO the same day I paid the USPTO fee.
